I’ve got to tell you this!
It was Easter here on Sunday. As usual, we gather to spend the day together, with lots of fun stories, laughs and, of course, food ๐ I’ve got to tell you, here, in my country, when it comes to holidays it has to be prepared like there will be a hundred people! Haha, I’m not deadly serious, but there’s indeed barbeque when the weather is nice and lots of different kinds of salads, vegetables, cakes, and beverages. So, when it’s holiday time, you prepare yourself to eat the whole day ๐
That’s how we celebrate it.
So, at the end of the day, I had to brew a nice tea to make my sleep better. Then I realized that somebody might need this as well and decided to share some herbs that can help you with a full stomach issue.
Brew a nice cup of tea, or two, with some of these herbs and you will be as new! Warm water and elements that each one consists of will remove any discomfort from your body (especially your belly).
Ginger
Mint
Chamomile
Dandelion root
Curcumin
Nettle
Linden flowers
Angelica root
Magnolia
Rooibos
These are only ‘a few’ and the most common that you can easily find in your local store.
It would be best if you drink them unsweetened, but I’m certainly not that type, so I always add a teaspoon of honey.
The next herb that could help is Hemp. This is the one that it’s not easy to find in every country (at least not with the quality flowers), but I’ve got you covered! I’ll leave a link to the website so you could check on it ๐
Then, I would love to know how you guys spend Easter in your countries? ๐ Let me learn your traditions!
