When we say Today I’m lazy. That’s fine, there’s nothing to worry about. Let’s be lazy, for that one day.
But when we sayย I’m a lazy person, there goes the alarm! At least it should. Because we just labeled ourselves as lazy and give ourselves permission to: procrastinate, lower the energy, feed our negative thoughts, build frustrations, eventually stop enjoying… and waste our time in general. That’s right. One lazy day can lead to another, then another, and one more… and so on… unless we stop it at the right time. It just gets harder and harder to get back on track. So, when we label ourselves as Lazy people, we give ourselves permission not to move forward. For some people that’s ok. Tapping in one place for the rest of their life. I don’t know anyone, honestly, who’s ok with that but I’m sure they exist somewhere. And that’s their choice, right?
But! If we are not one of them, we should never say I’m a lazy person. Trust me, the mind and body will believe almost immediately and will do anything to prove us right.
When we feel lazy, that’s just a sign that something’s not right. We are either in a kind of burnout or something else is bothering us. I tend to find the root of it and dig it out. Getting into the trap of laziness is just not my thing.
There are many tools we could use to get out of this state. And here’s where things get tricky; we don’t have to feel low on the energy necessary, that’s not always the case, but once we start pushing things/tasks away, that’s where the sensors should start to blink. If we’re resisting, there’s something to work through there. I understand not everybody likes to dig within, and I understand that’s just the fear stopping them, but once we overcome this and get to the other side, the magic starts to happen. It’s like being isolated in a room for weeks or months, and then we get out on fresh air! The lungs start opening wider and the oxygen gets through every cell making us feel alive again!
In my Tea program, there are tools for overcoming this matter. If that’s something that resonates with you, click on the link to find out more. If not, find something else that can support you on the journey… whatever works for you! And still, if you’re just fine where you’re at and don’t want to move forward, keep it that way! We all have a choice to choose for ourselves, right? If you experience joy, you’re on the right track ๐
We’re not hyped all the time, we just know we’re in a state of serenity and joy.
Play that music in your heart and sing so loud that anyone can hear you and let them steal a little bit of that spark you have ๐

You are spot on in this post. My mother was that lazy person, day after day, and it was hard to watch someone with so much talent never tapping into all that she could have done or could have been because of fear. Anyway, not for me! I’ve done the deep work and miracles really are on the other side!
