So, it’s Super Moon, Full Moon, Blood Moon… call it as you wish 🙂 in Sagittarius, which is my Moon sign, but I’m not gonna spill the words about it because I feel almost every blog I read has a post on it right now. But what I can not escape is a wish to share my new Tea with you, and yes, it’s called Moonly!
Some of you that follow me on social media read about it, but for those of you who don’t know yet, I’ll be happy to spread some joy regarding it!
The name came upon one of the previous full moons. True story, haha. I gathered some friends to try my discovery, as usual, that’s kind of the first cycle ritual for new teas that I’m working on. The weather was so great that night, spring at its wild and so much magic came to circle around. We had so much fun! Some of them really liked the new aroma that was popping up from moringa leaves, and honestly, some of them disapproved of it. That’s the sign for me right there! If everybody says YES I don’t become a fan, if everybody says NO, ok that’s definitely a NO. But when we have YES and NO (but mostly Yes) then it becomes an exciting challenge for me to launch it out! I love that risky feeling 🙂 that feels like an adventure I’m always ready to hop on! You understand now that it had to be named by the night…
The Moonly tea is now out in the world!
What I wanted to do with this one is find some proper… let’s call it ‘lemonade replacement’ … for the summer days. I wanted a tea that could be equally good as lemonade on a warm day. And by ‘equally good’ I mean refreshing, nutrient and available cold as well as warm. This magic blend fits that purpose perfectly. It’s packed with cooling herbs like nettle, soothing marshmallow root, refreshing lemon, and best of all, the Tree of Life – Moringa leaves powder. The last ingredient is so powerful nutrient that, even if you take all the others out, this one will fuel you for good. This tea is not a joke, as far as health benefits go. Make sure to, at least, check it out.
As we talk about summer days, and if you’re like me right now, craving the seashore, it will bring you there at the first sip! It smells like the ocean, it feels like the ocean, but it doesn’t look like one 😀 I should probably add some blue color to make the experience full, haha. It will be noted for the future (just kidding, no colors will be added, we want good tea, healthy tea, pure tea, right?!). But seriously, it can be served hot or cold and it’s good both ways. You can also add an extra slice of lemon.
Another great thing about this tea is that it’s so beneficial to people who have respiratory problems. Whether it’s coughing or even asthma, or allergies, Moonly is your little helper 🙂 For this cause, especially coughing, it would be best to drink it warm, but if you feel like sippin’ a cold beverage at the moment, go for it! Your body will always tell you what it needs, so make sure to follow its voice. I’ve learned that years ago when I started practicing yoga, my teacher was reminding us ‘Don’t stretch too much, follow your body. That’s how you avoid being hurt’. And it’s true. Try to apply this to your eating habits, sleeping cycles, mood, even daily schedules… anything. Just follow the signs of what you need and you’ll be fine, you’ll be safe 🙂 Learn to follow your body.
Speaking of which, I would love to go now and spend some time quietly drinking my tea. I have had busy days lately, those that need my full focus, so the balance must be met. My balance to that is stillness and silence right now 🙂
But before I wrap it up, here’s the link to the Moonly tea:
Have a wonderful evening, morning, or night… depending on where you are in the world!
And remember, the Full Moon is watching you! Be true to yourself.
This is nice! I just started to religiously drink green tea for a month now and with summer coming, I’m also looking for a cold option. Nice tea name by the way 😉

Thanks Kat 😊
Adding tea to your daily routine is a great way to take care of the mind and body. There are a lot of teas that you can drink cold, but still, don’t be afraid to try warm tea on a summer day, as well, it will balance the temperature 😊

Have you ever tried blood moon tea or water? Apparently, it’s all the rage on witch tiktok.
People leave their water bottles outside on a blood moon night to charge it and then drink it. I learned this too late too try it!

I’m not really sure to be honest. I’ll have to look into it more and maybe try it next full moon.
