GOOD RIDDANCE

I love when I see people either discover or rediscover the advantages of tea!

Today I read a blog post from a wonderful woman that inspired me to write this. Here’s also the link to her blog, if you would like to check her posts on various topics πŸ™‚ I really enjoy it.

Mostly Single –

I’m a big fan of black tea and I like to play around with it a lot. I make tea-infused smoothies, cakes, and even salads. Yes, tea goes well with all that. Not only black but any. There’s so much space for exploring, not just mindfully drinking it. And I’m that kind of explorer, haha. I always think ‘What else could I do, What else could be made, What else is there…?’ Leaving that open space is important for creative thinking, which is genuinely a benefit, but I call it a curse as well πŸ™‚ Because I can never rest! I always want to push further and further, and dig a little deeper… Sometimes it’s just Oh, stop!

Well, since I write a lot about mindfulness, wellness, tea, spirituality… Now that I think about it, I still haven’t written anything about books, and I read a lot… Anyway, for women who talk about this stuff, people think they are ‘boring’ (kind of), but what I can tell you is that these women have far more interesting and fulfilling life than you can ever imagine, and most of all, their (our) time is far shorter than ‘yours’. This is because the energy level is different. Practicing these topics I’m talking about (most of them daily) feeds your mind and body. That is why we barely get tired, like physically tired, laying on the couch the whole day. That’s almost not happening, but it can if we want to πŸ™‚ Another brilliant thing that comes from these practices is that the big fat Ego is in control. The number one thing that’s always pulling us (as humans) back is in control!

So I won’t give up on mindfully sipping tea after the yoga session or meditation πŸ™‚

Other shifts that are happening here are, for example, Brain focus. This is why multitasking is left in the past, there’s no need for it. We become able not just to finish many tasks, but to do them with ease. That’s where the magic happens πŸ™‚ The brain is not stressed and it works wonders. What I love the most actually about it is that procrastination has no life here! Oh, I hated it the most… Making myself do something for days, and there’s always some brain cell that’s speaking ‘You can do it tomorrow… There’s no rush to finish it today…Oh, just do it later…’ and that moment either never comes or if it does it’s even harder to do it. This new approach is riddance!

Let’s just not get confused here, there’s still space for negative feelings. That’s all normal. But even in those situations, we’re able to address it fast and release it for good. All of these practices I’ve mentioned above teach the mind shift that needs to happen in order to make life easier, joyful, and definitely more practical.

I will also mention here the Tea program that I’ve put together for this matter, for those who want to go that extra step, or just start this journey from the beginning. It works both ways. You may wanna check it out on this link:

And trust me when I say this:

Tea is not just a beverage, but once you start drinking it daily, then you’ll see the difference that’s happening to you.

Yoga is not just a stretching practice, but once you start being consistent with it, you’ll see the change it does to your body and mind.

Books are not just killing time, but once you start reading daily at least 10 pages! then you’ll see what happens to your brain. (let alone how much knowledge you’ll gain)

Meditation is not just sitting and doing nothing, but once you start doing it regularly, you’ll see how far it can take you.

Just for the record, we’re allowed to get drunk with friends sometimes, we’re allowed to eat pasta, we’re allowed to say the F word, we’re allowed to rock… Because we’re Rockstars! πŸ™‚ We all are. But these practices support us to get to those places within ourselves that help us interact with the outside world much, much easier, and with lots of fun, which is the cutest part πŸ™‚ I think the world is changing fast and we need to keep up… This is the way to do it.

We could all achieve more, but we easily get stuck making problems out of nothing. Creating drama for no reason. Beating ourselves instead of encouraging. Right? I’m sure we’re all familiar with these feelings. But you know what? That’s just the road back, and we want to go further. At the end of the day, it’s all about the choices we make…

I’m wrapping this journaling with a short reminder to check out the Mostly Single blog πŸ™‚ and the Tea Program. Here’re the links:

You fill a cup with ice, you take about a cup of tea and about an 8th teaspoon of powder stevia and you blend them together into an icy refresing drink. like a iced coffee but better.
