I have to tell you the truth…

What black tea can do, almost no other tea can. It’s the first true tea. It’s the Camelia Sinensis first child 🙂

In our region, not everyone had a chance to try real black tea leaves, but they buy any teabags they can find on the shelf of the local store. This is why I often hear ‘I don’t really like black tea’. Of course you don’t like it! Who knows what kind of mud you may be drinking! We are not that rich country and it’s not easy to find quality products sometimes. But it makes me sad to form an opinion based on the low-file tea, right?

But let me go a little deeper about the black tea benefits…

You probably know that it has caffeine so we call it Daily tea. Works best in the morning, but drinking it during the day is still fine. Well, it will wake your brain up and fuel it for the day ahead. Just like coffee does, but much easier on the body. There’s no shock effect. It’s like a sunrise, going up slowly and becoming brighter and brighter… And it keeps you going almost all day. Only teas that come from the Camellia Sinensis herb have unique polyphenols that are contributing to our overall health. From our bones, heart, teeth, skin, to the whole immune system.
