This morning my tea journaling got me to some thoughts…

Someone stopped following me, and she was there for quite a time… so I reached out to see what’s happening…
She said ‘You are too happy that you seem unreal’.
It took me a moment to reply.
What could I say to that?! Then it got me down to the rabbit hole…

Oh boy!

The truth is, some people will get triggered by your vibe. And they will leave. They just can’t handle it. You become too much.
I’ve experienced that several times…
You did nothing wrong, they’re just not ready to get to the higher frequency.

When I see that someone has something I want, I get closer to that person, I want to learn more, I ask questions, I reach for support to get there. That’s just me. But the other kind of people is doing the opposite.
They get away because it feels too much. They realize that they have to work on some stuff, that there’s no magic pill to get them where they wanna be, they realize it’s much easier to beat the old routine and hope that someday, somehow, happiness will come into their life.

So, they get away from you. They talk at you like you’re doing something bad, and wrong. But what they don’t realize is that their dismissal is their own mischief.
Like attracts like.
And they’re just one decision away from the change.
It’s that simple, you just need to make a decision and follow through.

I am so damn lucky to learn to overcome this very fast. I do not get bothered by the emotions around people leaving for this reason. I do not want this kind of people around me.
And I am so damn lucky that I have far more amazing people in the community & personal life. That is such a relief.
If they go, they will only go because I no more bring value to them, which will be a red flag for me to change something.
So, it’s a good thing after all.

I watch many new brands rising, and I cheer them up!
Because that’s the energy I wanna be in.

This morning I just wish to remind you that as long as you do authentically the thing you do, don’t waste time bothering about who’s on board with you. Your ‘job’ is to share your message, and those who resonate will come to you.

Stay Lovely.
Drink more Tea 🙂

Huh, I have never realized that.
Do you get notifications when someone unfollows you? I had someone do it by clicking the button on accident but until they told me that they re-followed me, I had no idea it happened.

    1. Yes, you can’t really get notification for unfollowing, but there are some apps…
